Looking for a female owned financial advisor when starting a new STR in the desert, I am so glad I met Lea! She helped me with my rental knowledge, my finances as a new property owner, and guidance throughout the entire process. Lea is well resourced and knows reliable contractors and agencies throughout the desert. I had a renter and had an electrical issue, and she was able to send someone out the same day! Lea and her team are the absolute best! We told Lea and Sharon what we were looking for in a retirement home/community and they delivered with a stunning lineup of houses for us to tour. We did make an offer on a home, and boy did Lea negotiate the heck out of the terms of agreement, and everything was great except for the inspection, and with her advise, we decided to keep looking. Our ventures with Lea and her team began in February 2024. We met with multiple real estate agents and something about Lea stood out as the perfect fit, and it was the best decision we ever could have made! With the assistance of her team, Lea began showing us homes in the 55+ communities throughout the Palm Springs area. We thought we had the perfect property in March, but after a thorough inspection completed by one of Lea's contacts, we found too many problems to proceed. (Thankfully, Lea had the right person to save us from a money pit!) Although we didn't buy anything before leaving in April, the process of looking at homes didn't end. In July the perfect home became available, and with us living in Iowa, we truly needed help! Lea and her team, one more time, came to the rescue. They were able to visit the property, sending us a video tour, alongside pictures, all while staying in direct contact answering any questions. We fell in love with this house instantly, and Lea and her team were swift in getting all the paperwork and negotiation started. Once again, the property was inspected, by the same person as before, it was very meticulous in pointing out every issue or possible problem. With the advice of Lea, we were able to negotiate a bit more, and saved a little more money (only small issues that will easily be fixed by a handyman, were found). None of this would of been possible without Lea and the team she has built around her, they are all highly competent and reliable. We NEVER would have trusted another person to assist us in buying a house over 2,000 miles away site unseen! Thank you so much for all your assistance and support throughout this process. Although we have not yet been to our new home, we couldn't be more excited about beginning this next adventure!

Lea with Wealth Partners has renewed our faith in realtors! She worked tirelessly for 6 months to find us our dream home at a great price. We were out of state after our first visit but she and her team went to houses and video taped everything about the houses we were interested in.
